12.1 mrt88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mrt88 reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other Players.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, any Real Money balance in the Account will be reviewed and, where no fraud or breach has been established, returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.
12.3 A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting mrt88 support. Voluntary closure does not affect the Player's outstanding obligations under these Terms.
